| Bryan Berry was established 25 years ago in premises in the city, where the company remained for 18 years, before moving to the current site in Penrose 7 years ago. The current site was chosen because it is close to the motorway and on a quiet street which is easily accessible for customers, assessors, the public and staff. Adequate off-street parking and secure storage space is available on the 9000 square metre site, which includes a 6000 square metre workshop, a 1000 square metre administration block and 2000 square metres of yard space to provide ample room to manage large volumes of work. The premises is fully fenced and the security alarm is actively monitored by Chubb Security – for both fire and burglary.
